Gratitude journal 03
Feb. 3rd, 2025 10:08 pm1. I’m grateful for two morning classes that were interesting and went quickly (human nutrition and clinical nutrition)
2. I’m grateful for the fact that there are so many vegetarian and vegan recipes. The roasted red pepper silky tofu sauce I found online was delicious
3. I’m grateful for my partner and his support
4. I’m grateful for my friends
5. I’m grateful that Zea (black lab) is doing a lot better. She’s back to being herself now
Accomplishment today: I wanted to wake up at 6am to get some extra time to study before class. I didn’t get up at 6am, but I got up at 6:15am and I’m calling that a win!
